Dwyer Professional ServicesGeneral Purpose This position's role is responsible for shipping products efficiently, accurately, and safely, ensuring quality standards are met on time and within company-provided guidelines. This role requires the ability to follow flow-down notes on International Shipping Protocol, POs and warehouse notes on orders to ensure customer's shipping requirements are met and our supplier rating is within company standards. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Assure orders and shipping quantities match picking tickets through careful audit Assist in resolving any discrepancies Ensure shipping stations are always neat, organized and in working order Ensure full compliance with all quality assurance standards, especially good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of product and work area Assemble packaging materials and packages product per instruction, in preparation for shipment Ensure each receipt has documentation (Packing Slip etc.) to support computer system entries Confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages Replenish Shipping Materials Interface effectively with Customer Service, Quality Control, Pre-production and delivery personnel Identify errors on packing 'slips and invoices and correct them Perform domestic and international shipping activities Other duties as assigned Pay: From $21.00 per hour Benefits: Retirement plan Work Location: In person
