The Role: As the Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end movement of mobile and medical devices across a global client portfolio. Working at the intersection of client services, warehouse operations, and international freight, you will coordinate deployments from order intake through final delivery and return. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll work with real shipments, customs documentation, inventory tracking, and client timelines on a daily basis. Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator Coordinate import and export logistics for mobile and medical devices across more than 14 countries Ensure accurate customs documentation, Importer of Record (IOR) compliance, and on-time delivery Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned accounts Manage device timelines from procurement through deployment and post-project recovery Collaborate with warehouse and provisioning teams to align device configuration, pack-out, and shipment schedules Track device inventory, IMEI records, and asset tags using internal systems Liaise with freight carriers, customs brokers, and international partners to resolve shipping exceptions and clearance delays Support clients with device return logistics, condition assessments, and asset disposition activities Contribute to SOPs, shipping playbooks, and country-specific logistics documentation Identify and escalate device issues, courier failures, or compliance concerns to the appropriate stakeholders Qualifications Required Previous logistics, supply chain coordination, or operations experience Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Professional written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work on-site in Portsmouth, NH Preferred Experience in life sciences, healthcare, medical devices, clinical trials, or another regulated industry Familiarity with international freight, import/export documentation, customs processes, or global shipping operations Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday Approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility Direct-hire opportunity Competitive salary based on experience starting at 60K Comprehensive benefits package available Why Apply?
