Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate international air freight shipments effectively
• Manage bookings and tracking for ocean freight
• Prepare essential shipping documents accurately
• Ensure adherence to trade regulations and compliance
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of freight forwarding experience
• Knowledge of international trade documentation and INCOTERMS
• Cargo Wise experience is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Canadian customs process
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
