Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service Agent - Import & Export (At least +1 year of logistics experience) Data entry Check freight charge and prepare for rate quote / bookings. Follow up with the carriers for shipment status and prepare invoices for freight transportation Verify documentation to customs, clear goods through house custom broker, arrange for applicable duties Arrange trucking transportation upon request from customers Communication with overseas agents, carriers, rail companies, CFS, custom brokers and importers to ensure smooth delivery of the shipment· Candidates' qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the United States Have excellent communication skills. Have excellent attention to details, proactive and positive work-ethic, and creative problem-solving skills.
