International Freight Forwarder - (Operations for Air import)

min 2 years experience, arrange inbound/outbound cargo shipments, schedule trucking moves, follow-up with Customs Brokers, track/trace shipment door to door, invoice customers and agents Candidate Requirement: a minimum of 2years work experience with a freight forwarder, knowledge of general freight forwarding terms and standards including Incoterms is preferred, direct experience in Air import is a must, import knowledge preferred, experience in quoting/billing, able to Interact (telephone-emails) with customers, brokers, co-loaders shipping lines and overseas agents on a daily basis. Skills / Qualification: excellent oral & written communication, computer literate in Microsoft Office, Outlook, strong work ethics and attention to details is a must, ability to work on multiple projects, respect deadlines, highly detailed oriented, Mandarin speaking is a plus.
