Key Responsibilities: Repack in Plastic Containers: Transfer all necessary components from bulk/cardboard packaging into standardized plastic bins according to defined sizes and color codes and work orders. This includes specialized bins for items like telescopics, locks, wheels, housings, and linings. "2 Bin" System Preparation: For each component, prepare two bins where required by the "2 bins of each component on the workstation" rule. Picking Prepared Bins: Collect pre-prepared plastic bins from the supermarket based on the defined replenishment rules (e.g., specific work orders, regular rounds for high-consumption items). Load carts with the necessary plastic bins for the lines. Scheduled Rounds: Execute defined replenishment routines along the production lines + always be on the line to replenish what is needed, keep track with the Supervisors and Techs Deliver full plastic bins to the workstation. Empty Bin Collection & Return: Collecting Empties Collect and manage the red bins for scrap from the lines, ensuring proper disposal? Transport collected empty bins and scrap bins back to a designated area for the Warehouse Team. Communication with Production: Observe material consumption rates and anticipate upcoming needs. Communicate any material shortages, quality issues with delivered components, or bin damage back to the Warehouse Team or Production Supervisor.
