This role is ideal for an emerging professional with hands-on procurement, logistics, and inventory management experience who is eager to contribute to mission-critical supply chain operations supporting U.S. defense and federal government clients. The successful candidate will assist in managing supplier relationships, processing procurement documentation, supporting material management workflows, and leveraging data-driven tools to improve supply chain efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned parts portfolios by creating Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and purchase orders , while monitoring supplier performance and resolving material shortages Analyze supplier compliance records and vendor qualification documentation to support risk management processes Support inbound and outbound logistics operations, including driver check-ins, paperwork verification, and warehouse organization Support deployment of AI-driven tools to improve inventory management and department efficiency Participate in cross-functional team collaboration to deliver actionable procurement and logistics insights Qualifications Required Qualifications Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred 1–2 years of internship or relevant work experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations Demonstrated experience managing purchase orders, RFQs, and supplier compliance documentation Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Clearance Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance Current clearance holders preferred but not required Preferred / Desired Qualifications Experience with data science tools or analytics platforms Exposure to AI-driven inventory and resource management tools Experience working in a defense or government supply chain environment
