What are your contributions to the team? Develop KPI Dashboards and reporting tools: Assist in designing and building dashboards and reporting tools to track business or project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Excel, Power BI, or other business intelligence platforms. Design and maintain milestone tracking tools: Build templates and tools to track project milestones, timelines and deliverables across key projects (PCRs) and programs. Assist in the preparation of governance materials, including slide decks, charts, and data summaries for executive reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, define KPIs, and standardize reporting formats. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reporting. Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs as required by project or governance stakeholders. How to thrive in this role? Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Basic understanding of KPIs, project management concepts, and data analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interest in data storytelling and visualization best practices. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. You can work effectively in both English and French on a daily basis You can work on-site at least two (2) days per week at one of our Montreal facilities, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy Boarding Information: Location: Administrative Centre (CA) Duration: 8 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
