• Assist in the development and execution of start-up logistics activities for an on-site distribution center within a supplier facility, including warehousing, kit marshaling, materials flow, and inventory management.

ect and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Senior Management status updates.
• Support Supervisors and Project Managers in managing, organizing, and continuously improving processes.
• Help oversee Supplier and Bombardier Aerospace (BA) Deliverables Schedule supporting Global 7500/8000 deliveries to the Global Completion Center (GCC).
• Develop meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, record and track open actions.
• Assist in problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support program organization and process improvements.
About You
The company is looking for:
• Current enrollment in a post-secondary educational institution in Business, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with foresight and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Professional attitude, commitment to objectives, and team player mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to use CAD software.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary range: CAD $17.95 to CAD $31.00 per hour, determined by skills, experience, and qualifications.
