Intern, Integrated Business Planning

Job Description The Integrated Business Planning and Execution (IBP&E) team Intern’s internship will consist of training, project work and rotational experiences to learn about various areas across the planning & execution functions within the Beer Supply Chain, as well as its relations with the broader beer organization. This Intern will support the IBP&E team on various planning and execution process improvement projects, digital transformation activities, KPI development and tracking, as well as gain relevant experience from various IBP&E roles day to day functions, inclusive of Demand Planning, Network Supply Planning, New Product Introduction Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Deployment and Customer Management. The IBP&E Intern will be exposed to aspects of Integrated Business Planning and fulfillment processes through a weekly organized schedule of tasks, project work that is managed by the supervisor, with guidance from the IBP&E Managers and Directors. Qualifications Must have completed junior year of bachelor’s program and have anticipated graduation date in 2028 Pursuing degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Logistics Minimum GPA of 3.0. Must be at least 21 years of age. Strong analytical skills, skilled in Excel spreadsheets and knowledge of presentation software. Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates professional maturity and the ability to operate effectively as a single contributor or as part of a larger team. Applies own talents to work assignments yet asks for and uses feedback to expand competencies in current job in order to improve performance. Looks for better ways to perform routine job tasks to improve current effectiveness and seeks opportunities to acquire new skill sets to maximize future growth and development opportunities. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizes information in a way that facts or ideas build upon one another to lead the audience to a specific conclusion. Physical Requirements/Other Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods. Primary work environment is within a corporate office setting. Ability to travel commercially. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
