Intermodal Customer Service/Billing Representative

The ideal applicant should have some experience in the intermodal transportation field, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others in a team-based environment. The customer service/billing representative is responsible for managing the flow of paperwork through the office (including sorting, scanning, copying, filing, and invoicing), as well as handling incoming phone calls and emails, communicating with customers and drivers, and assisting with the daily operations of the terminal including order entry and scheduling. Compensation includes competitive salary package based on experience and excellent benefits. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
