This position is ideal for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for a dedicated driving opportunity with established weekly schedules and the ability to return home daily.
Four driver openings are currently available.
Pay & Compensation
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300–$1,500
• Average Weekly Mileage: Approximately 1,100 miles
• Dedicated intermodal freight assignments
• No sign-on bonus currently listed
• No three-month earnings guarantee after the first solo dispatch
Actual earnings depend on assigned routes, freight activity, and applicable compensation terms. The specific starting pay rate will be reviewed during the hiring process.
Schedule & Home Time
• Home Daily
• Five scheduled workdays per week
• AM start times listed for current openings
• Two available schedules:
• Sunday–Thursday: 2 openings
• Tuesday–Saturday: 2 openings
• Weekend work required
• Holiday work required
• Daytime and nighttime operations may be available depending on assignment
• Work hours may vary based on freight and customer requirements
Important: Applicants must be comfortable working weekends and holidays as scheduled.
Job Responsibilities
• Transport intermodal containers between designated facilities and customer locations.
• Operate dedicated routes throughout the Philadelphia service area.
• Pick up and deliver preloaded containers.
• Complete drop-and-hook trailer exchanges.
• Handle live loading and unloading appointments.
• Follow assigned dispatch instructions and delivery schedules.
• Inspect tractors, trailers, containers, and chassis before and after trips.
• Report equipment defects and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate driving and delivery records.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, freight status, and equipment concerns.
• Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
Freight Handling: This is a no-touch freight position. Drivers are not responsible for physically loading or unloading cargo.

Driver Requirements
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum 6 months of qualifying tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must reside within approximately 40 miles of Philadelphia, PA 19102.
• Must be available for either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday scheduling, depending on the opening.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable operating intermodal containers and chassis.
• Must be able to complete required equipment inspections and report safety concerns.
• Must meet applicable DOT and company safety qualifications.
• No additional endorsements are currently listed as required.
• SAP drivers are not eligible for this position.
This position is for experienced solo company drivers. Trainees, teams, and owner-operators are not being considered.
