About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Designer specializing in hospitality FF&E and brand‑standard implementation. This position blends design, logistics, procurement coordination, and project execution — ideal for someone who enjoys making projects run smoothly from concept through installation.


Our projects follow established brand prototypes. Your role is to adapt, document, coordinate, and deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Design & FF&E Documentation

  • Develop FF&E packages, finish schedules, and material selections
  • Create specifications for furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories
  • Produce AutoCAD drawings, elevations, and construction documentation
  • Interpret and implement Hilton/Marriott/IHG/Choice brand standards
  • Manage samples, submittals, and approval processes


Procurement, Budgeting & Value Engineering

  • Prepare FF&E budgets, estimates, and quantity takeoffs
  • Evaluate product options and value‑engineering solutions
  • Track lead times, delivery schedules, and vendor coordination
  • Support scope development for new builds and renovations


Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with ownership, architects, contractors, and suppliers
  • Track project milestones, approvals, and design deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations
  • Maintain organized, accurate project documentation


Construction Support

  • Respond to RFIs and design‑related questions
  • Conduct site visits and field verification
  • Assist with punch lists and project closeout activities


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
  • 3+ years of interior design experience
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with FF&E specifications and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multi‑project management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality design experience
  • Familiarity with Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or Choice brand standards
  • Experience with hotel renovations, PIPs, or new construction
  • Knowledge of Revit or Bluebeam
