You Have: 5+ years of experience as a solution architect, technical lead, or systems engineer 3+ years of experience supporting State Department Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS) Experience with State Department ILMS modules, such as Asset Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Diplomatic Pouch and Mail, or Fleet Experience developing technical architectures supporting logistics workflows, data governance, identity management, and security controls specific to State Department systems Experience with translating State Department mission and bureau requirements into technical roadmaps, design artifacts, and executable implementation plans Knowledge of ILMS workflow processes including asset management, logistics routing, shipping, warehouse operations, and procurement lifecycle steps Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with ILMS modernization, cloud redesign, or data migration activities Experience with federal IT stack platforms, such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba, .NET, SQL Server, or AWS GovCloud Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks, including FISMA, NIST 800‑53, or Zero Trust principles Top Secret clearance Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
