Intake/Dispatch Coordinator

The Intake/Dispatch Coordinator plays a key role in our operations, providing seamless communication between customers and operational teams. This position performs various administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management, scheduling, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Intake/Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and assisting with general office duties. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders for seamless project execution, achieve key objectives, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented office staff who excels in communication and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals into electronic systems with accuracy and completeness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers. Handle general phone calls and greet visitors to the office, providing a positive and welcoming experience. Dispatch and track lead calls and job referrals to appropriate operational teams with timely response and resolution. Collaborate with teams to coordinate production and on-call schedule. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience with receptionist or administrative support in an office environment. Superb customer service, verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required. Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
