Installer/ Foreman Assistant

What You’ll Do Perform hands-on installation of pallet racking, shelving, and related material handling systems Follow company processes, safety procedures, and quality standards every day Care for tools, materials, and the jobsite (cleanup is part of the job) Report hours accurately and communicate issues promptly to your Lead or Foreman Learn Tritus methods, safety practices, and systems while supporting the crew What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of previous construction or installation experience preferred Ability to lift consistently and work safely at heights Basic math skills and ability to follow directions Knowledge of power tools and OSHA safety principles Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to travel out of town occasionally Strong work ethic, coachable attitude, and problem-solving ability Forklift or scissor lift experience is a plus Why Join Tritus?
