Kim Simpson Designs is a boutique luxury interior design firm creating finished interiors for high-end new construction homes across Collin County. Our clients see the final reveal: styled rooms, perfectly placed furniture, every detail right. We're looking for a sharp, strong, dependable person to help make that happen behind the scenes and on site. Hours follow our projects. Some weeks are packed with deliveries and installs, and others are lighter. If you need the same hours and paycheck every week, this isn't the right fit. What you'll do Receive, unbox, and inspect incoming furniture and décor, then document any damage before it reaches a client Assemble furniture carefully and correctly Help organize and maintain our climate-controlled warehouse Support installs: carry, place, and adjust furniture in high-end homes Help with whatever a project needs to cross the finish line Who you are A problem-solver. When you hit something unfamiliar, your first instinct is "let me figure this out," not "I don't know." You read the instructions, look closely, try a solution, and ask smart questions when you need to. Physically strong and comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving heavy, high-value pieces Detail-oriented. You notice the scratch before the client does. Professional in appearance, dress, and language. You'll be in clients' homes and around builders. Reliable. When you commit to a shift, you're there and on time.
