Inspection Lead & Dispatcher (Former Technician, Salaried)

Eurasian Auto Repair is an independent European and Asian specialty shop in San Antonio, averaging 85+ cars per week with heavy diagnostic and major-repair volume. We need an experienced tech to run our Rack Attack inspection program and dispatch work across the shop. This is a salaried position, and you will not be on flat rate. What you'll do Run Rack Attack, our 15-minute vehicle inspection process Make sure every car gets a complete, accurate inspection, with nothing missed and nothing padded Dispatch work to technicians by skill level and workload so the bays stay full Catch needed repairs before the car leaves the shop Act as the link between advisors and techs, so findings are clear and estimates are right the first time Assist with diagnostics and verify findings when needed What we measure you on Inspection completion rate Technician efficiency (team goal: 120%+) Missed opportunities and comebacks Cars per day Requirements European or Asian platform experience strongly preferred ASE certifications preferred Sharp diagnostic eye: you know what a complete inspection looks like Clear, direct communicator with techs and advisors Comfortable on your feet and moving fast, just not under a car all day Not a fit if you Still want to be in production on flat rate Avoid pressure or accountability for team results Prefer working alone Compensation $50,000–$65,000 salary Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:45pm | Every 5th–6th Saturday 8am–12pm Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
