Overview Join our dynamic team as an Insider and/or delivery driver, both vital roles dedicated to delivering exceptional food service and creating memorable customer experiences. As an Insider or driver you will be at the forefront of food preparation, customer engagement, and operational excellence. This position offers an energetic environment where your culinary skills, sales abilities, and passion for food come together to drive success. Whether working behind the counter or assisting in the kitchen or offering excellent face to face delivery service, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as to process sales, handle cash transactions, and manage retail sales accurately Engage with customers through friendly service, upselling menu items, and providing product recommendations to enhance their experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food handling tools Manage customer orders accurately using POS systems and ensure timely delivery of food orders Support cash register operations by processing payments, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Requirements Experience or willing to learn operations in a food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality Strong food handling knowledge along with understanding of sanitation practices and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory management Customer service-oriented mindset with effective communication skills Experience operating kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced setting Previous retail or café experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for the food industry is essential Join us as an Insider if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding food experiences while working in a lively environment that values your skills.
