About the Role Cheney Flashing is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is primarily focused on generating and closing sales over the phone, email, and online — with occasional support in our warehouse to help fulfill orders, manage inventory, and keep operations running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when the team needs a hand in the warehouse. What You'll Do Inside Sales (primary focus) Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers to grow accounts Quote pricing, process orders, and follow up to close sales Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Warehouse Support (as needed) Help pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory Perform basic inventory counts and organization Support light lifting and general warehouse upkeep What We're Looking For Prior experience in construction material sales and customer service Comfortable using a phone, email, and basic computer/CRM software Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to help with warehouse tasks when needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player What We Offer Competitive pay, based on experience Benefits — health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching Growth opportunities / training A supportive, hands-on team environment How to Apply Please apply through indeed and include your resume, a cover letter is not needed.
