Inside Sales Representative – Cross-Border Freight

Full-time, on-site | Vaughan, ON Transam Carriers is an asset-based carrier running 140+ trucks on fixed lanes across Canada and the U.S. We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to bring new shippers onto the lanes we run every week. What you'll do Prospect and qualify new shippers by phone, email and LinkedIn Focus on our core lanes: Ontario–Western Canada, Ontario–U.S. Midwest and the Northeast Book discovery calls, prepare quotes with dispatch, and close first loads Keep your pipeline and activity up to date and hit weekly targets Hand new accounts to our Account Manager once they're shipping regularly What you bring 1+ years of B2B outbound sales; freight or logistics experience is an asset Comfortable making a high volume of calls and hearing "no" Competitive, persistent, organized Excellent phone and written communication; a second language is an asset What we offer Base salary plus uncapped commission on new business Health and dental benefits Real trucks and lanes behind every quote you send A clear path to senior sales
