Inside Sales Representative

Position : Logistics Associate(Inside Sales Representative) Location : Cerritos, CA 90703 (Onsite) Duration : 1 year The role may also support business development opportunities involving companies operating in South Korea and China. Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required Experience supporting freight forwarding sales or business development in the South Korean or Chinese market is a plus. 5+years of transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain related experience.( 1 to 3 years of inside sales or customer service) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis) and PowerPoint. experience using with FIS, WMS, CRM software (such as Salesforce or HubSpot). Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of international transportation, freight forwarding, and North American transportation networks.
