Who You Are: Your mission at Flowstar is to provide fast, accurate and technically sound solutions to our customers while supporting our Territory Managers and vendor partners throughout the sales process. You will take ownership of customer inquiries from initial request through quotation, order and delivery, balancing technical fit, responsiveness and commercial success. About the Role: Receive and qualify customer inquiries and determine technical, commercial and delivery requirements. Assist customers and Territory Managers with product selection and basic application support. Create, maintain, and manage business partner data in SAP . Prepare accurate and timely quotations including product selection, costing, pricing, freight, lead time and commercial terms. Enter orders accurately and coordinate internally to ensure commitments are met. Maintain accurate and updated records and notes on sales opportunities, quotes, and orders and attach the relevant correspondence and documents to SAP. When applicable or required, inspect the goods to ensure order accuracy and quality. Expedite orders and follow-up with procurement on open orders to ensure they arrive on time. Follow-up on an ongoing basis until goods are shipped and delivered. Assist with training and development of entry-level peers. Attend and participate in sales meetings and provide status of ongoing orders. Provide back up for colleagues when required. Resolve problems, delivery issues, warranty issues, returns and customer complaints. Continually develop technical expertise of products. Occasional travel within North America for training & development. All other duties as assigned. Preferred Experience: Post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience. Experience in sales of process equipment, rotating equipment, valves or instrumentation. Experience with SAP, Salesforce (or other ERP & CRM systems).
