Inside Sales/Purchaser

Ace Instruments Ltd. is a locally owned energy service company providing instrumentation, electrical and valve products and services. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Inside Sales/Purchaser to join our team. Whether you have experience in inside sales, purchasing, electrical/instrumentation parts , or have strong customer service skills and industry knowledge, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Assist customers with inquiries, quotations and orders Create, price and process sales, rental and repair orders Purchase electrical and instrumentation parts Source products and work with suppliers Prepare and follow up on purchase orders Coordinate deliveries and third-party repairs Manage warranties and returns Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships What You Bring: Strong customer service and communication skills Good organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, including Outlook and Excel Ability to work well as part of a team Valid Class 5 driver’s licence Sales, purchasing, electrical, instrumentation or oil & gas experience is an asset Why Join Ace Instruments?
