Ace Instruments Ltd is currently seeking an Inside Sales/Purchaser to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Inside Sales/Purchaser is responsible for sourcing and procuring electrical, instrumentation and related parts and materials to support our sales, service and field operations. This position works closely with suppliers and our internal team to ensure materials are purchased available when required. Description of Duties and Responsibilities: Source and procure electrical, instrumentation and related parts and materials Source and maintain relationships with suppliers Prepare and issue purchase orders Ensure accurate material costing and pricing Verify purchase order acknowledgements and coordinate deliveries Monitor outstanding purchase orders and backordered materials Coordinate repairs, warranties and product returns Work closely with sales, warehouse and field personnel to meet material requirements Perform other duties as required The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Requirements: Friendly, and customer-service focused Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Valid Class 5 driver’s licence Ace Instruments offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.
