We are looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members to join our growing team in Sunbury, Ohio. We are looking to add Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Purchasing ! Coordinate forecasts, shipments, and inventory needs. Monitor backorders and critical parts. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns. Prepare reports and support the sales team. Outside Sales Maintain and grow existing customer relationships. Develop new business opportunities and prepare price quotations. Manage customer forecasts and sales orders. Work with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction. Visit customer locations as needed, averaging 2–5 trips per month using a company-provided vehicle. Purchasing Coordinate purchasing schedules for domestic and imported parts. Monitor deliveries, quality issues, and overdue orders. Request and review supplier quotations. Negotiate pricing and develop new suppliers. Work closely with the sales team to meet customer needs. Qualifications: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to multitask, negotiate, and remain calm under pressure. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. College degree preferred for Outside Sales and Purchasing . Customer service experience preferred for Inside Sales. 1-3 years of outside sales or B2B experience preferred for Outside Sales . One year of purchasing experience preferred for Purchasing. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings preferred for Outside Sales & Purchasing.
