Inside Sales & Order Management Coordinator

The Inside Sales & Order Management Coordinator serves as the operational backbone connecting IRINOX's sales team, dealer network, and internal systems. This role supports the full order lifecycle — from entry through invoicing — while managing dealer program administration, sales reporting, and roll-in quoting. It is a high-visibility, detail-critical function requiring strong cross-system fluency and the ability to manage daily transactional work alongside recurring reporting cadences. Key Responsibilities · Managing orders in collaboration with dealers and representatives. Supervising the order flow including PO, status track check, and invoicing; · Monitoring corporate email accounts and maintaining document control; · Preparing and issuing roll-in quotes and maintaining AutoQuotes system accuracy for production and stock orders; · Managing and providing with reports on sales performance indicators; · Ensuring the new dealer onboarding on CRM and credit terms; · Supervising the dealer benefit program and ensuring the timely and accurate reward execution; · Executing dealer letter campaigns; · Managing the sales performance reporting; Tracking and managing Demo Loaner units. Systems & Tools Used Salesforce, SpecPath, Avalara, AutoQuotes, and corporate email/document control systems Qualifications • 2+ years in order management, sales support, or inside sales — foodservice equipment or B2B manufacturing experience a plus • Strong Excel/reporting skills; comfortable working across multiple business systems simultaneously • High attention to detail — this role is deadline- and accuracy-driven (invoicing, tax compliance via Avalara, recurring reporting) • Clear written and verbal communication for dealer- and rep-facing correspondence • Ability to manage competing daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines independently What we offer This is a full time position Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Health Insurance Pay (annual gross salary): 50.000-60.000 USD per year Who we are Our company was born of entrepreneurs having an idea, a pioneering vision as well as a natural inclination to meet the needs of an ever-changing market.
