DESK RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : Respond to telephone inquiries for quotes and pricing in a timely and professional manner Process customer orders accurately, including data entry and invoicing Communicate with Shipping and Production to coordinate and meet delivery timelines Proactively update customers regarding order status and backorders Handle multiple requests and instructions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy Resolve inquiries and concerns using sound judgment and problem-solving skills Perform additional administrative duties as required Occasionally Shipping duties WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS : Experience in radiator, automotive, or related retail/industrial industry is an asset Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in numbers and fractions Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple instructions and tasks at once in a high-volume, fast-paced environment : Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively : Positive attitude with strong teamwork and reliability BENEFITS : Starting wage: $28.00 per hour (with periodic increases) and Extended Health and Dental benefits HOURS :Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM How to Apply : NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS VACANCY Work Remotely No Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits : Dental care Extended health care Life insurance Work Location: In person
