INSIDE SALES / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing sales activities and coordinating logistics operations within a fast-paced, demanding environment. Bilingual skills are a plus, as effective communication with diverse clients and partners is highly valued. Duties Manage and process sales orders efficiently in a very demanding and fast-paced setting. Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely execution of all transportation arrangements. Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and shipment details. Assist in developing strategies to improve sales processes and logistics workflows. Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail. Utilize bilingual communication skills when engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in inside sales or logistics coordination is preferred. Ability to thrive in a very demanding and fast-paced environment is essential. Bilingual proficiency is a plus; fluency in additional languages can be advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems, MS Office Suite, or logistics management platforms is desirable.
