The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating mail inserting equipment and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor mail inserter machines for direct mail production. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make routine adjustments to maintain production efficiency. Hand-stuff envelopes with letters, stationery, and other mailing materials as needed. Operate additional production equipment, including cutters, stamping machines, and letter openers. Perform quality control checks to ensure mailing accuracy and product quality. Verify mailing materials, quantities, and finished products against job specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed. Requirements: Qualifications Previous hands-on experience operating a mail inserter machine is a plus. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse or mailing production experience preferred.
