Injection Molding Supervisor Location: 6251 State Hwy 251, Peru, IL, 61354 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to lead and oversee our injection molding operations at our Peru, IL facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of injection molding processes to ensure efficient production, quality control, and team management. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet production goals and quality standards. Lead, train, and mentor injection molding technicians and operators. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize processes and implement improvements. Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance metrics. Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate with procurement as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as an Injection Molding Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, tooling, and process parameters. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
