Duties Safely operate commercial trucks including tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, and tankers on OTR routes while complying with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations Navigate efficiently using GPS systems to ensure timely deliveries across designated routes Load and unload freight manually or with equipment, handling logistics cargo with precision and care Transport hazardous materials (hazmat) following hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols Manage vehicle inspections, routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly Ensure proper documentation for freight shipments, including delivery logs and compliance records for dangerous goods Deliver freight accurately to various destinations, ensuring cargo integrity during transportation and handling hazardous or sensitive materials safely Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with endorsements for refrigerated trailers, hazmat, tanker, or flatbed preferred Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving on OTR routes Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT rules, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards for truck loading/unloading Skilled in GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning and execution Experience with manual transmission trucks and manual handling of logistics cargo Strong understanding of truck loading/unloading procedures and freight handling techniques Ability to operate various types of trucks such as tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or refrigerated trailers safely and efficiently Join us at Infinity 1 Transportation Service LLC where your driving skills will be valued!
