Burckhardt Compression (Canada) Inc. (BCCA) is looking for a highly motivated parts professional to join our team as a Parts Coordinator supporting both the upstream and downstream in our aftermarket services division. In addition, to the requisite skills and experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence which is measured by meeting or exceeding customer delivery expectations, managing effective inventories and the timely and accurate completion of all documents and procedures required by the customer. Reports to the Repair & Manufacturing Manager, this position will be based in Edmonton, AB and will be responsible for supporting the Parts and Inventory departments in Canada. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional customer service every time. Communicate with customers professionally, clearly, and on time. Prioritize tasks to support both customer success and profitability. Accurately process and fulfill customer orders following internal procedures. Support inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Write up and initiate paperwork for incoming shop and field work. Arrange and expedite air shipments and hot-shots. Assist with shipping & receiving—packaging, labeling, and pulling parts to fulfill orders. Participate in on-call availability as required. Follow all OH&S and Quality requirements. Jump in on other duties as needed—teamwork is key! What You Bring Journeyman Parts Technician certification. 3–5 years in purchasing or customer service. Strong understanding of RFIs/RFQs. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Great listener and problem‑solver. Calm under pressure with a positive, customer‑focused attitude. Team player who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats. Proficient in English. Bonus Skills Experience with rotating equipment. Knowledge of compressors, valves, packings, etc. Quoting or component repair/supply experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience is a plus. Manufacturing or field experience.
