PLA Family of CompaniesJob description: The Maintenance III Technician is responsible for performing and overseeing all facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, and removals. This role is the senior-level maintenance position at the site and ensures all equipment is safe, functional, and operating at maximum efficiency. The Maintenance III contributes directly to safe operations, production uptime, and regulatory compliance by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and completing complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic tasks. This position requires expert technical skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
