Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Doral, Florida . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient systems and processes across our distribution, warehousing, and supply chain operations. You will leverage data-driven insights, engineered standards, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, maximize space utilization, and enhance overall operational productivity. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization & Efficiency Analyze end-to-end warehousing, logistics, and distribution processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Design, test, and implement streamlined workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize throughput and minimize waste. Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards and performance benchmarks. Facility & Systems Design Evaluate current facility layouts and recommend spatial optimizations for inventory storage, slotting, and material handling. Collaborate with IT and Operations to integrate and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other automated supply chain technologies. Justify and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects related to new equipment, automation, or facility upgrades. Data Analytics & Reporting Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling to forecast capacity constraints, labor requirements, and operational costs. Develop and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership. Perform root-cause analysis on operational variances and supply chain inefficiencies. Continuous Improvement Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leading Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams (including Supply Chain, IT, and Warehouse Management) to execute strategic corporate initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience Degree: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, ideally within an apparel, retail, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Certifications: Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
