Key Responsibilities Analyze production processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and performance. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Evaluate labor utilization, equipment performance, and production workflows to maximize productivity. Support facility layout planning, line balancing, and capacity optimization initiatives. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management teams to drive operational excellence. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in automation, cost-reduction, and productivity improvement projects. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions when needed. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, time studies, and process improvement methodologies. Experience with manufacturing operations, process optimization, and data analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
