This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver cost savings, innovation, and risk mitigation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.This hybrid position can be based in our Jacksonville, FL office and requires three days per week on-site.Core CompetenciesStrategic thinking and category managementStrong negotiation and contract management skillsRelationship management with stakeholders and suppliersAnalytical skills and process improvement orientationKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute category plans to drive value, cost savings, and innovation.Manage sourcing events, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract reviews.Drive process improvements and manage operational KPIs within the sourcing function.Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Supplier Risk & Reporting, and VMO to ensure alignment and integration of sourcing strategies.Define risk frameworks and lead critical supplier reviews.Oversee vendor governance and lead contract renewals and performance actions.Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.MeasurementsAchievement of annual cost savings and value targetsSuccessful execution of category plans and sourcing initiativesStakeholder satisfaction and engagementSupplier performance and compliance with SLAsTimely and accurate reporting for regulatory and internal complianceEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field8–12 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant category management experienceStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExperience leading teams and managing complex sourcing initiativesPreferred: Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent); Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)Equal Employment OpportunityPaysafe provides equal employment opportunities to all employees, and applicants for employment, and prohibits discrimination of any type with regard to ethnicity, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other protected characteristics.
