Indirect Procurement Business Partner (Senior Manager)

We are currently seeking an Associate Procurement Director for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Rahway, NJ (hybrid). Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $75 - 93.01/hr (W2) 22-month assignment Hybrid position in Rahway, NJ You will partner with North America business leaders to align procurement strategies with business growth, transformation, and operational objectives Lead strategic sourcing, optimization, and procurement transformation initiatives across indirect spend categories Manage sourcing projects end-to-end, from strategy development and RFx execution through implementation and benefit realization Drive measurable value through cost optimization, supplier consolidation, process improvements, and productivity gains Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships focused on innovation, service excellence, and business continuity Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance governance Partner with Global Category Management and cross-functional teams on regional procurement initiatives across North America Utilize data and analytics to support procurement decisions, stakeholder reporting, and performance tracking Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management Indirect procurement experience required Demonstrated success leading regional and cross-functional sourcing initiatives Strong experience managing end-to-end RFx processes Experience across multiple indirect procurement categories Strong supplier management, commercial negotiation, and contract management experience Demonstrated success delivering measurable results such as cost savings, supplier consolidation, process efficiencies, or productivity improvements Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, including Excel and reporting/dashboard capabilities Experience working within a large corporate or global matrixed organization If you are interested in hearing more about the position, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
