Following continued investment and growth in the US, the business is strengthening its procurement capability and is looking for a commercially driven procurement professional to take ownership of a broad portfolio of Indirect spend . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, managing complex supplier relationships and working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible commercial value. Based in Las Vegas , you will have the opportunity to shape category strategy across a diverse spend portfolio, lead strategic sourcing initiatives and play an important role in the continued development of procurement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies across a broad portfolio of Indirect spend Lead end-to-end sourcing, tendering and supplier selection processes Negotiate complex commercial agreements with strategic suppliers Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and wider commercial value Manage supplier performance and develop relationships with key strategic partners Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR and other corporate functions Analyse spend, supplier markets and commercial data to identify sourcing and consolidation opportunities Support the development of procurement processes, governance and best practice Manage commercial risk and ensure appropriate contractual protection across key supplier agreements Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to improve procurement effectiveness Required Experience: Strong experience within Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Category Management Proven experience managing multiple indirect categories, ideally across areas such as Professional Services, IT, Marketing, HR, Facilities or Corporate Services Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management experience Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable savings and commercial improvements Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving organisation Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills Ability to operate independently and take ownership of strategic procurement initiatives Experience within a large, international or multi-site organisation would be advantageous This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious international business at an exciting stage of its US growth, with the opportunity to take genuine ownership of key categories and help shape the future direction of its procurement function.
