Job Description: Rush Expediting, a second-generation, family-owned logistics company, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional CDL Class A Driver to join our Indianapolis terminal team. What We Offer $28.00/hour starting pay $70,000+ average annual earnings $1,500 Sign-On Bonus $500 Referral Bonuses Bi-Annual Safety Bonuses Overtime Pay after 50 hours Shift Differential Pay for 2nd & 3rd shift hours worked Incentive pay for HazMat routes Assigned tractor – no slip seating Company-paid HazMat training Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance $15,000 Paid Life Insurance (plus optional life & short-term disability) 401(k) with company match Free Teledoc services & Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Uniforms + Boot Allowance Work Schedule Primarily Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed) Start times between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM; finish between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Local home-daily routes — consistent customers & steady work Home every night Job Requirements: Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement Live within 30–40 minutes of our Indianapolis terminal HazMat & Tank endorsements preferred (must agree to obtain HazMat endorsement upon hire) Clean MVR and CSA score (no 15+ mph speeding tickets; no more than 2 moving violations in 12 months or 3 in 3 years) Minimum of 18 months of verifiable experience, in the last 3 years with no more than 3 employers, driving a tractor-trailer. No more than 3 jobs in the last 3 years Valid DOT Medical Card & ability to pass a DOT drug screen Knowledge of DOT hours-of-service rules Able to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs without assistance Positive attitude & strong customer service skills About Us Rush Expediting is headquartered in Dayton, OH, and has been a trusted name in logistics for over 40 years.
