Independent Sales Partner - Real Estate Purchasing and Listing Service

Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Partners to help us scale our business. We use a proprietry AI based system to identify residential and commercial real estate properties that meet the criteria of our buying group/agents network and are interested in selling. This includes Residential, commercial, and land. Each day, we generate a comprehensive call list of prospective real estate property owners that have expressed interest in discussing their properties. Our Sales Partners reach out to the property owners, gather specific information on each property to align them with our buyers/agents, and set appointments for our buyers to make offers or agents to list the properties. No cold calling is required. This is an opportunity, as a sales partner on the ground floor, to join a fast-growing company. There is an unlimited opportunity to earn. Our ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and an understanding of the sales process. Must be comfortable with daily outreach to property owners. Part-time or full-time remote. Duties Engage in outside sales activities, including contacting potential property owners via calling and emails. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales. Strong background in outreach management. Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
