Operating Area: Nationwide, no relocation required.
Responsibilities
• Safely transport freight according to agreed pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintain professional communication regarding shipment status, delays, and delivery confirmations.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment remain properly maintained and compliant with applicable transportation regulations.
• Provide accurate bills of lading (BOL), proof of delivery (POD), and other required shipment documents.
• Follow applicable cargo securement and safety procedures.
• Maintain required insurance, licenses, and operating authority.
• Communicate availability and preferred operating areas.
Skills
• Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving material handling equipment operation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial truck driving, van driving, box truck operation, or heavy-duty vehicle handling.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred; ability to operate manual transmission is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Ability to manage weight handling in the workplace safely while performing manual lifting tasks regularly.
• Experience adhering to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards for commercial vehicles.
• Competence in using mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and record keeping.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Own or lease qualifying transportation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and CDL when required for the equipment operated.
• Active USDOT/MC authority when legally required.
• Current commercial insurance meeting applicable requirements.
• Ability to operate independently and professionally.
• Reliable communication and transportation experience.
• Willingness to complete carrier onboarding and verification.

Compensation
Compensation is based on individual freight loads and agreed transportation rates. Earnings vary based on equipment, freight availability, routes, and loads accepted.
No guaranteed weekly income or load volume is promised.
