Independent Medical Courier Contractor

Overview As an Independent Medical Courier Contractor, you’ll transport medical supplies and other assigned materials between designated locations. You’ll plan and follow routes, handle deliveries with care, and communicate professionally with customers. This independent contractor role requires reliable transportation and safe, dependable work practices and fuel efficient. Duties Your impact: Careful handling and timely delivery help customers receive the medical materials they need. Pick up, load, transport, and unload deliveries using a personal vehicle, maintain counts and chain of custody. Follow assigned routes, use mobile devices for delivery updates, and provide courteous customer service. Follow traffic regulations and applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Qualifications Delivery driver, courier, route driving, or other delivery driving experience preferred; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is a plus. Follow instructions and attention to details. Valid driving credentials appropriate to the vehicle used; obeying traffic laws and speed limits. Must key and maintain full coverage insurance, transportation must be 2010 or new and have good body condition as well as mechanical condition. Preferably a small car that is fuel efficient. Comfortable using mobile devices and maintaining safe, professional driving practices. Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per day Work Location: In person
