Our job is to support agents: we handle the back office so you can spend your time selling and looking after your shippers. The Role We’re looking for experienced freight agents who already have shipper relationships and want a partner that pays well, pays on time and doesn’t get in your way. You keep ownership of your customers and run your business the way you want. What We Offer A commission split of gross margin Monthly commission payments Your book stays yours, protected by a non-solicit agreement Credit checks, collections and carrier payments handled for you Access to TMS, load boards and tracking tools ([e.g., McLeod, DAT, Truckstop]) Carrier vetting, onboarding and compliance support After-hours and dispatch support Operate under our broker authority, bond and contingent cargo coverage What You Bring At least [2] years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience An existing book of business Experience with [dry van / reefer / flatbed / LTL / intermodal] Strong negotiation skills and a solid network of carriers The drive to run your own book without someone managing you Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Work Location: In person
