Independent Delivery Driver / Courier – San Diego County, CA Company: Amore Logistics Location: Northern San Diego County, CA Job Type: Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday–Saturday Morning Load-Out: Approximately 6:00 AM–9:00 AM Amore Logistics is currently recruiting dependable independent delivery drivers for upcoming e-commerce and small-package delivery routes in San Diego County. We are actively building our driver team for contract opportunities in northern San Diego County, particularly in and around: Escondido Vista San Marcos Carlsbad Encinitas Responsibilities Pick up assigned packages from the designated depot Scan packages as required Load and unload packages from your vehicle Complete assigned delivery routes accurately and efficiently Follow route and delivery instructions Maintain professional communication and dependable attendance Properly update delivery status throughout the route Route Information Monday through Saturday Morning load-out approximately 6:00 AM–9:00 AM High-volume small-package/e-commerce routes Daily package volume varies depending on route, location, vehicle size, and seasonal demand Volume may increase significantly during peak periods Daily mileage depends on the assigned route Vehicle Requirements Personal vehicles and cargo vans may be considered. Vehicle type must be reliable and suitable for the assigned route and package volume. Minimum Requirements Applicants should have: Valid driver’s license Current vehicle registration Current auto insurance Reliable vehicle Smartphone Ability to load and unload packages Reliable attendance and professional communication Availability for consistent Monday–Saturday route coverage Ability to complete required background and motor vehicle record screening Because this is an independent contractor opportunity, applicants should also be prepared to provide appropriate business and tax documentation as required during onboarding. Additional certifications or requirements may apply depending on the specific contract or route. Compensation Compensation is based on route assignment, package volume, vehicle type, and applicable contract terms. Specific rate and payment details will be reviewed with qualified applicants before route assignment. Payment Schedule Payments are generally made weekly. Initial settlements may be subject to an onboarding hold period before regular weekly payments begin. Full payment details will be reviewed before you accept an assignment.
