Position Overview We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious delivery drivers to join our team in Gurnee, IL . In this role, you will be responsible for completing daily scheduled routes efficiently and professionally using your own vehicle. Eligible Vehicle Types & Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) Requirements Contractors must provide their own reliable vehicle capable of handling package delivery routes. Depending on your vehicle’s Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), specific commercial auto insurance limits are required: Tier 1: GVW Under 10,000 lbs Typical Vehicles: Standard passenger cars, SUVs, small pickup trucks, minivans, and small cargo vans (e.g., standard Ford Transits, RAM ProMasters, or Mercedes Sprinters under 2500/3500 series). Insurance Requirements: Split limits required: $100,000 Bodily Injury Per Person $300,000 Bodily Injury Per Accident $50,000 Property Damage Tier 2: 10,001 to 20,000 GVW Typical Vehicles: Large cargo vans, heavy-duty utility trucks, and smaller box trucks (Class 2C to Class 4). Insurance Requirements: $300,000 Combined Single Limit (CSL) Onboarding Fees & Financial Details Please be prepared for the following onboarding and administrative fees required during the setup process: Background Check & MVR Reports: Drivers are responsible for paying for their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report and criminal background check, which cost approximately $20 to $25 each . Holding Fee: There is a $55 holding fee charged during onboarding that is fully returned within 3 to 5 days (Note: Senior Support Services LLC can cover or take care of this for you). Setup Fee: A one-time $20 setup fee applies. Occupational Accident Insurance: A recurring deduction of $25 to $35 applies for occupational accident insurance (Note: this fee may be removed or adjusted once you transition to a commission structure through Senior Support Services LLC ). Key Responsibilities Safely operate your vehicle along designated delivery routes in and around Gurnee, IL . Complete all scheduled stops efficiently within the daily shift window starting at 11:00 AM. Ensure prompt, safe, and professional handling of all packages and cargo. Maintain full compliance with all motor vehicle laws, safety guidelines, and platform onboarding requirements (via OpenForce). Requirements & Qualifications Must provide a qualifying vehicle meeting the weight and insurance specifications outlined above. Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to pass a criminal background check and cover the associated screening fees (~$20–$25 each). Ability to commit to a 5-day-per-week schedule starting at 11:00 AM. Active commercial auto insurance policy matching your vehicle’s GVW tier prior to starting. Pay: $150.00 per day Work Location: On the road
