We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated independent contractor delivery drivers to join our growing team! DELIVERY AREA: Carrollton, Georgia DAILY PICKUP LOCATION: Norcross, Georgia PAY STRUCTURE $1.65 per successfully delivered package Additional $0.50 for each additional package delivered to the same address after the first package Potential weekly earnings of $800–$2,300, depending on route availability, completed deliveries, and driver performance Weekly pay after your initial two-week hold, subject to the applicable payroll schedule ARRIVAL TIME — PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST! All drivers must report to the Norcross, Georgia warehouse at 6:00 AM, with 7:00 AM being the absolute latest arrival time. Being on time is extremely important. We need drivers ready to organize their packages, prepare their routes, and get on the road as early as possible. If you commit to working a particular day, you are expected to arrive on time. Consistent lateness can disrupt the entire operation and delay other drivers. PACKAGE SORTING — TEAMWORK REQUIRED! ALL DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO HELP! All drivers are required to participate in sorting and organizing packages when they arrive at the Norcross, Georgia warehouse. Do not expect your packages to already be sorted and ready when you arrive. Sorting is a shared responsibility, and every driver is expected to contribute so packages can be organized properly and everyone can get on the road as quickly as possible. Be ready to work when you arrive! Drivers must arrive at 6:00 AM, with 7:00 AM being the absolute latest arrival time. Arriving on time is essential because delays affect the entire team and can prevent everyone from leaving the warehouse on schedule. If you are looking for a delivery position, you must be willing to help with warehouse sorting in addition to completing your delivery route. Teamwork, punctuality, and dependability are required. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS Must have your own reliable vehicle. Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance required. Must have a working smartphone compatible with the delivery application. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to communicate. Must be able to organize and handle packages properly. Must follow all delivery instructions and picture requirements. Must keep track of assigned packages and report route completion after every shift. IMPORTANT: TWO-WEEK FIRST-PAYCHECK HOLD ALL NEW DRIVERS MUST COMPLETE AN INITIAL TWO-WEEK HOLD BEFORE RECEIVING THEIR FIRST PAYCHECK. Please understand this requirement before accepting the position. The initial hold allows time for delivery verification and for reported package issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints to be reviewed. You will not receive your first paycheck immediately after your first few days of work. You must plan accordingly and be prepared to cover your own expenses during the initial hold. After your first paycheck is processed, payments are expected to follow the regular weekly payroll schedule for your assigned operation. Gas advances may be available after your first two working days, subject to approval. These are advances against future earnings, not additional pay. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION — 1099 You choose the days you want to work, but you must communicate your availability and show up on time for the days you commit to working. All drivers are required to communicate through our WhatsApp group so management can coordinate staffing and routes. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver TikTok Shop and Temu packages ranging from small envelopes to larger boxes. Deliver every package to the correct address.
