Safely and promptly transport lab specimens, medical records, durable medical equipment, and related materials between clinics, labs, and healthcare facilities Follow established routes and delivery windows, communicating proactively with dispatch about any delays or changes Maintain proper chain-of-custody documentation for all specimens and sensitive materials Handle all materials in accordance with HIPAA, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens, DOT Hazmat, and infectious disease handling requirements Properly secure all cargo, including oxygen cylinders and other equipment, using approved tie downs and handling procedures Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report any maintenance concerns Represent S&S Couriers professionally at every pickup and delivery, this includes clear communication with front desk staff and facility personnel Use the company's dispatch and tracking app to log pickups, deliveries, and delivery confirmations in real time People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road
