Independent Drivers Needed for OnTrac Package Deliveries We are looking for responsible owner-operators to make local deliveries of small OnTrac packages in the Cincinnati area. Deliveries are available seven days a week using a cargo van, minivan, or SUV. General Information 100–130 stops per day, depending on vehicle capacity and the assigned route Standard rate: $1.75 per stop Oxford route: $1.85 per stop Stops are usually 1–5 minutes apart once you reach your assigned delivery area Drivers typically complete 15–22 stops per hour All routes are local The warehouse opens at 9:00 a.m. Drivers must begin organizing and loading their packages early and leave the warehouse no later than 9:45 a.m. A daily vehicle safety inspection is required before starting the route Vehicle Requirements Accepted vehicles: SUV Minivan Cargo van Approximate capacity by vehicle type: Cars: 60–85 packages SUVs: 85–120 packages Minivans: 120–150 packages Cargo vans: 150 or more packages Insurance Requirements Drivers must have commercial auto insurance with the following minimum coverage: $100,000 bodily injury per person $300,000 bodily injury per accident $50,000 property damage Drivers will also be covered by cargo and occupational accident insurance through Zurich. The company will provide these policies, which cost $136.68 per month. Cincinnati Routes and Delivery Rates Territory 1: Route 1: Kenwood Route 2: Blue Ash and Indian Hill Route 3: Springdale Route 4: West Chester and Sharonville Route 5: Woodlawn and Wyoming Route 6: Reading Rate: $1.75 per stop for all Territory 1 routes. Territory 3: Route 7: Hamilton Route 8: Fairfield Route 9: Oxford Rates: Hamilton and Fairfield: $1.75 per stop Oxford: $1.85 per stop Territory 4: Route 10: Forest Park Route 11: Mount Healthy and Greenhills Route 12: Lockland and Reading Route 13: Elmwood and Finneytown Route 14: North College Hill Rate: $1.75 per stop for all Territory 4 routes. Additional Pay Large packages weighing 60 pounds or more: An additional $5 per package, plus the regular stop rate Stops with multiple packages: When more than two packages are delivered to the same address, drivers will receive an additional $1 for each package after the first two Example: If one stop has five packages, the driver will receive an additional $3 plus the regular payment for the stop. Important: To receive additional pay, you must notify Vanessa, the on-site manager, about any package weighing 60 pounds or more and any stop with more than two packages. This ensures that the information is properly recorded and that you receive the correct payment.
