Independent Contractor/ Owner Operator

Job Description: USPack is seeking reliable Independent Contractor Drivers to complete scheduled medical delivery routes. Drivers will be responsible for picking up and delivering medications and medical items safely, accurately, and on time while using the EC Mobile app to scan and complete deliveries. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently . Strong communication and attention to detail are extremely important due to the time-sensitive nature of the deliveries. Multiple routes may be available for drivers looking to maximize their weekly settlement. Job Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and smartphone required. Must be punctual and arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled route time . Must maintain clear communication regarding delays, emergencies, or vehicle issues. Must be able to carry a max of 40LBS Follow all assigned/optimized routes and delivery instructions. Properly scan and complete all deliveries through EC Mobile . Strong attention to detail required - no mis-deliveries or HIPAA violations . Must follow all POD, photo, signature, key/lockbox, and facility procedures. Must complete USPack onboarding and receive a driver number before being scheduled. Reliability, professionalism, and communication are a must.
